Parkville. The good bit, opposite Melbourne Uni
Esplanade, Brighton.
If money was no barrier I’d purchase an apartment in either Southbank/South Wharf, Docklands or South Melbourne!
East Melbourne, 2 storey terrace.
Definetly in Elsternwick! It’s the most Central of all the inner Bayside suburbs!
(ie it’s probably more about the individual apartment than the location, as long as it was relatively inner)
Probably a big art deco in a “boutique block” in Elwood. Or a converted warehouse/repurposed building in North Fitzroy.
