The little shop down Yarra Lane, South Yarra – Story in a Cup. The PERFECT post workout snack, pure deliciousness!
I’m a fan of frozen yogurt. Indeed there’s a lot of them popping out in Sydney as well as in Melbourne.
Story In A Cup @ South Yarra is no doubt 1st on my lists if I’m craving for premium and delicious frozen yogurt. It’s a hidden gem in Yarra Lane / Yarra St ( near train station). It’s full self serve too. Enjoy!

I love their classic flavours like belgian chocolate, original plain froyo and their exquisite sought after french cookie n cream and coconut. Myriad of toppings too.

I read an article by Agenda Melbourne and The Age Newspaper, both ranked Story in a cup the best frozen yoghurt shop in Melbourne in 2011.
It was up there with some of the nicest frozen yoghurt I’ve tried overseas – good texture and a refreshing zing.

Well, Story In a Cup does have a little cutting edge in terms of its original branding, emotional and social connection with their customers and its poetic name is captivating (every cup tells a story, read more from their web if interested) .
Their froyo is probiotic, 98% fat free, gluten free (that really helps!) and more so to me is its taste..(nothing beats the taste and fruity smell when it comes to yogurt). They are using real fruits for their smoothies too.
There is a little gem in Yarra Lane South Yarra, serving premium self serve yogurt. Story in a Cup opposite Yarra House.
