I've also seen a Seaview Crescent somewhere in the Northern suburbs (possibly Fawkner); the funny bit is that there's *no* sea view in sight in that part of town. They really amuse me, partly because of the quaint wording, but also, can you imagine that if you headed there with the intent to commit nuisance that you would be deterred by a sign? And is it OK to do stuff that is too dastardly to be considered a mere nuisance?
