This stretch of road is constantly jammed with semi-trailers in ALL lanes, swerving at 120km/h. If you can survive that, you can survive anything. And by the way, didn't trucks used to have limiters installed on them? These days you might still see the limiter sign on the back as he runs you off the road and you burst into flames.
