Hong Kong Kitchen on Fitzroy Street, St Kilda - fresh tasty Yum Cha all day, every day, friendly service, and decent prices. Also highly recommend Ripples in Bentleigh, Minh Tan 2 in Richmond, Red Door in Windsor & Ru Inn in Armadale. Avoid over-priced, snobby staff places like Purple Sands, David's & the one on Southbank.
