Insignia. Corner of Flinders and King Street, opposite the aquarium.

Still family run so the service is great.
Never gets too busy during the week so you can sit and talk without shouting.
Cheaper drinks than most other CBD bars I’ve seen ($13. 50 jugs) and the food is good too.
